I got quite a few questions about my promotion of Agloco last week. Apparently I did a terrible job of explaining it, so here's some FAQs.

Q: Isn't this a scam?

A: No. It is founded by people with a history of successful startups, and it was recommended by by two people I trust: David Lawrence and Ray Everett-Church. It doesn't cost anything to join, so you have nothing to lose.

Q: Can teenagers join?
A: Yes. You must be at least thirteen years old to join.

Q: Isn't this a Ponzi scheme?

A: No. It doesn't cost anything to join, so it is not a Ponzi scheme. Ponzi schemes are illegal, and the basics of an illegal Ponzi scheme are when the money you pay to join is then paid out to those who sponsored you. The problem comes when no one else is joining, the last people who joined lose their money. Agloco is NOT a Ponzi scheme.

Q: Is it spyware?
A: No, Agloco is not spyware. There is a tool bar to install, but Agloco is totally committed to privacy. They do not sell, rent or give away your personally identifiable personal information to any marketer or advertiser. For more details, see their published Privacy Policy.

Q: Is it a virus?
No. When you download the toolbar from the Agloco site, it will be virus-free.

Q: Do I have to click on ads to make money?
A: No... all you need to do is to actively surf the Internet with the toolbar installed for up to five hours PER MONTH, and get others to join Agloco to do the same.

Q: Is it a virus?
A: No. If you download the toolbar from the Agloco site, it will be virus-free.

Q: Will I make a lot of money?
A: I do not know how much money any of us will make. Agloco is very new, and the toolbar has not even been released yet. All I know is that I did make money with the last company started by some of these folks, and that's enough to get me to jump on board with their new company.

Q: What's all this about stock and ownership?
Actually, I am not sure. Perhaps the stock will be valuable, perhaps it won't. Then again, it doesn't cost anything to join, and I'm willing to give it a try. How about you?

Q: After I join, where do I find MY membership link to pass onto my friends?

A: After you login, you will find your link under the green "Referral Center" button. It says:

Agloco is a very unique concept, I have to give them that much. I am currently in the testing phase during this pre-launch period and have over 630 referral in my network.

I have personally referred 20 and those 20 turned into over 600 so far.

I teach a few very simple steps that show people how to do this themselves.

I was able to use these simple methods to make over $1 Million in a few years�but of course those programs required upfront cost. Agloco doesn�t�its FREE�so we�ll see soon how much the members will get rewarded.

I used to be a member of Alladvantage which Agloco is modeled after. Without much effort I was making over $100 a month with never any cost to me.

The trick is building as large a referral base as possible, and it can really take off.

I am so tired of people talking about Agloco as being a scam. A scam is when someone cheats you out of money. Agloco is completely Free, where is the scam of Free? And no Bobbi when I was a member of All Advantage, you DO NOT have to click on anything. Just have the toolbar open when your doing what you normally do on the Net.

The cynicism is killing me!

It's likely Agloco will make money from numerous advertising and affiliate sources. Internet searches using the Viewbar will generate income. Displaying ads in the Viewbar will generate income. Perhaps affiliate based shopping links from menus on the bar. I doubt Agloco will use a pay per click model at all, it would just get abused.

Addressing the last question, with a goal of 10 million members, an advertiser would pay plenty to Agloco to be able to advertise their product through the viewbar technology. That is where most of the money will come from in my understanding - advertising revenues. Agloco will share a nice portion of those revenues with the builders, as we are the ones responsible for building the network. Retaining a portion of those revenues and building the company and creating more ad revenues will increase the value of the company, and therefore the stock. My understanding is that members will get 1 share per month for direct referrals, and 1/2 share per month for indirrect referrals. No one knows where the stock value will rise to, but for "grins", lets say it goes to $50 per share. We now have 8 referrals and 56 indirect referrals, so IF everyone uses the Viewbar that would be about $1,750 per month estimated, and that in our case is for 1 month of work so far. These are estimates only and not meant to be an income projection. In our opinion, as an MBA and veteran of corporate America, this makes perfect sense. Charge say $500,000 for advertising to reach a potential 10 million people with very little expense and you can make a lot of money.

I think there are two ways to get paid.

1. you surf the net with the view bar on for up to 5 hours you get 5 share of Agloco stock in that month later after they go IPO you can trade your stock in for money.

2. You buy something you get paid by commission that flows up to 5 levels of your up line.

You don't have click a single time with AGLOCO!
The only thing you need, is to have to Viewbar turned on for a maximum 5 hours per month. And you are not required to pay anything at all, EVER!

It looks to me like you have to actually click on ads and buy something from that company in order for Agloco to make money....this doesn't look like you get paid for just surfing and looking at sites and doing searches.
