Another Reason to Love Evergreen URLs

by on February 23, 2003

I already loved using evergreen URLs, but today I discovered another reason to use them.

In my PDF book “How to Add Games to Your Site” I promote the membership site Clipart.com. I’ve been using Clipart.com for two years, and I highly recommend them. Today I learned that Clipart.com has an affiliate program — did they always have one? I don’t know, but at any rate, I just learned of it.

With a few clicks of my mouse, I converted all the links to Clipart.com in my PDF book to my affiliate links. And I mean ALL the links… even those in books that live on computers far, far away (i.e. those that have already been sold.)

Learn how to build your own evergreen URLs.

Yikes! A typo. Thanks for catching it. Here’s the correct link: http://www.preventlinkrot.com/
