Attention, Bloggers! You Need These Books!

by on October 2, 2012

I’ve got a couple of great books sitting on my desk that I’m giving away this week to one lucky winner. I’ve met the authors, and you should be prepared to be blown away. Here’s the deal.

Amy Jo Martin is a social media pioneer who figured out that her passion was teaching people to do hard stuff, just like her Dad taught her to ski the double black diamond trails when she was little. That’s why she has two black diamonds tattooed on her wrist, to remind her of her passion. Amy Jo (or do her friends call her “Amy?”) was a powerhouse speaker at BlogHer ’12, which was how I happened to get on her press list for a signed advance copy to give away. This book is for anyone wanting to take their social media to the next level.

I’m fortunate to count Danielle Elliott Smith as a “friendquaintance” and when she came through San Diego on a book tour with her co-author Aliza Sherman, I made a point of being there to support her. That’s how I happened to get a signed copy of their book. “MOM, Incorporated” is a friendly, easy, step-by-step guide to turning your dream of running a business (while being a Mom) and making it a reality.

So, how do you enter? Simply login in the sweepstakes widget below, and earn extra entries by tweeting about either (or both) of the books. Be sure to use the #hashtags as you see them in the sample posts, so we can see your tweets! That’s it. The giveaway will end in a week. Good luck!
