Comments in a Blog

Hi Barbara.
I found out about your site though SWEPA….I love the blog
setup, especially the comments links. However, I can’t locate the program you
used for it. Could you tell me what program/coding allows for the posting of
comments in a blog?

I use Movable Type which is not a hosting service, but rather a software package I run off my web server.
