Easiest Way to Deliver e-Books
I'm a die hard "do-it-myselfer" when it comes to site development, but when I'm asked about how to sell and deliver e-books online, I recommend ClickBank.
With ClickBank, you can take credit cards online (you don't need your own merchant account), you can easily deliver e-books and other download products such as software, and you get an integrated affiliate system.
Many of the biggest selling e-products on the Net today use Clickbank because they handle everything, and simply mail YOU a check every two weeks.
I, on the other hand, am a glutton for punishment. I purchased my own shopping cart, purchased my own security certificate, got my own merchant account, hired a transaction processor, and then purchased and installed affiliate software. For those that are interested in this route (it only cost about $1000 to setup), I'll dive into the details another day. But this route is not for the faint of heart. Take a look at ClickBank. You'll be glad you did.
