      <![CDATA[<p>We are in our eigth year of homeschooling.  We're considering sending our oldest son to our local high school and I was looking for information or websites that deal with this topic of transitioning your homeschooled student to a traditional, public school. </p>

        <![CDATA[<p>It really helps if your child has a few friends before they get started in the school.  Also, if he has a sense of his interests (school paper, soccer team, math club etc) so that he/she has a place to make friends and fit in</p>]]>
