March 23, 2007Hit and Run: Part TwoI got a call from Officer Rena yesterday afternoon. The San Diego Police showed up at the house of the woman who ran from the scene of our accident yesterday. She admitted fault, and give the police her insurance details. According to my insurance agent, this should mean that her insurance will pay my deductible. But I got one more laugh of out this story. This morning at exactly 8:05 AM (same time as yesterday's accident) as I am returning home from morning car pool, I drive by her apartment complex. Guess who pulls out behind me? Yup, my friend in the silver BMW whose license plate is now burned into my memory. But I lucked out. She didn't hit me today. More Posts Like This One: My Life 2007 Posted by Barbara J. I loved the Mama Mia movie, thought it was much better than the Broadway play. ~~ From Twitter on Jul 19, 08 11:23 PM
