"How to Eat Fried Worms" is a new movie coming out on August 25 about a middle-school student who stands up to a bully, based on the book of the same name by Thomas Rockwell .

When I was approached by the movie promotion people and asked if I was interested in hosting a sweepstakes, I said yes for two reasons. First, because I liked the message of an underdog middle-school student beating a bully. And second, because I haven't done a sweepstakes or a contest in a really, really long time, and it sounded like fun!

I'm glad to hear that there's a movie coming out. My daughters enjoyed this book years ago and I'm sure my students will be interested, once they learn that there's a movie version.

I'm glad to see that your form allows for people outside the U.S. to enter, though there's no room to indicate a country name in case one of us is a lucky winner.

I am a huge supporter of Walden Media. They have promoted treasures like Narnia, Winn Dixie, Hoot and now Fried Worms. It would be great to win this prize package.

I am very excited about this site because I have read the book every year. I am sad that our school district will not let me access the games. I think the students would have fun playing them. Thanks for all your hard work to make my job easier.
