Anyone out there have contacts at Delta Airlines in Atlanta? My daughter’s being told that we can’t pay to change her flight home from Tel Aviv because it was a group fare.
But others in her group were able to pay and change their flights. Apparently we need PERMISSION from Delta to be able to put my daughter on a different flight. We have the original group travel agent “waiting” on some sort of “exception permission” from Atlanta. Help?
