I Need Help at Delta Airlines
Anyone out there have contacts at Delta Airlines in Atlanta? My daughter's being told that we can't pay to change her flight home from Tel Aviv because it was a group fare.
But others in her group were able to pay and change their flights. Apparently we need PERMISSION from Delta to be able to put my daughter on a different flight. We have the original group travel agent "waiting" on some sort of "exception permission" from Atlanta. Help?
