For my flight to Hawaii's Big Island this week, I downloaded a rented movie from iTunes the very day they made the announcement.

Imagine my surprise when I tried to sync it to my 30Gig Video iPod (now called a 5th generation iPod) and it wouldn't work. Only the newer models (called Video Classics) are supported.

What the heck? I download and purchase television shows from iTunes all the time. But movie rentals? No luck.
