New Surfnetkids Logo

Some months back, at an Internet entrepreneur conference, a few colleagues suggested that my site graphics needed updating. I was hesitant to jump into a redesign, but because I value these friends' opinions so much, I did it anyway.

You can see the results over at Surfnetkids.com . Can't remember the old design? Here's an archived copy.

I want to thank Julie Tiedens for the new look. And I also want to give credit to Design Outpost for making the whole ordeal affordable.

What do you think? Do you like the new logo?

Barbara
first I love your site and now applaud you for trying something new - but I have to say that I am not enthralled with the new design - it is the color that I find uninspiring - the color of the old logo is more positive - this new color is rather washed out - I also do not like the floating window as mentioned above -
thanks for soliciting comments

I really like the new logo. Not that the old one was bad, but I think it's a refreshing change. The only part I myself don't enjoy, although they have their place I guess, are those floating windows. they just seem pushy. Aside from that, GREAT looking site.

I like the new logo! It is appealing and hignlights infromation on the site well. A great addition to an already informative and useful site.
