I just received a big packet of thank you notes from the students of Gunston Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. Through DonorsChoose.org, I helped them purchase a number of 24 Challenge card decks. Wow! My gift was really small, but these thank you's were HUGE! Kudos to DonorsChoose for putting together such an excellent program.

I chose to support the 24 Challenge purchases because I had seen the effect 24 had on my daughter, who competed in a county-wide "24 Challenge" math competition in the fifth grade, and walked away with a bronze medal. I truly think that she did not realize she was gifted in math until that experience.

Thank you DonorsChoose.org and thank you "24 Challenge."
