My money is on the page without the header graphic.
let me know which one worked for you. i do allot of split testing and about 95% of pages without header graphics always wins for me. so that tells me that the message is more important than the flashy pics (or maybe im a bad graphic designer )
anyways i’d be keen to hear your results, drop me an email or post here
