I may be a bit late to the Sudoku party, but as of today Surfnetkids is officially in attendance. Announcing (drum roll, please!) a really cool implementation of online and printable Sudoku puzzles for Surfnetkids.

In case you're also a latecomer, Sudoku (also known as Number Place) is a logic-based number puzzle that does not involve arithmetic. The goal is to enter a numerical digit from 1 through 9 in each cell of a 9×9 grid made up of 3×3 subgrids. Each row, column, and 3x3 subgrid must contain only one instance of each digit from 1 to 9.

Although first published in an American puzzle magazine in 1979, Sudoku gained popularity in Japan in 1986 before becoming an international craze in 2005.

Our implementation allows online play (in one of three sizes), printable Sudoku (also in one of three sizes); bookmark links to save your unfinished puzzles; six brand new puzzles every day in six levels of difficulty; hints; pencilmarks; validity checks; a daily RSS feed of new puzzles, and more!

If the game board looks a bit confusing, click on over to the Surfnetkids Sudoku Explained page, where I've annotated what all the different buttons actually do.
