Erica and I ventured out for a one-day ski trip in the local mountains yesterday. The conditions were great. We had fun. We didn't break anything. We didn't even fall once. And yes, that does mean we ski like weenies, not pushing ourselves at all. But as I was taking off my rented boots, it occurred to me that removing them and putting on my UGGs was the BEST PART of the day!
